📝 Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in both Mother/Baby and Adult Med-Surgical units at a Critical Access Hospital. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with diverse patient populations, providing acute care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

⚕️ Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to mother/baby patients including postpartum, newborn assessments, and lactation support.
Care for adult med-surgical patients, including wound care, medication administration, and patient education.
Monitor patients’ vital signs, assess changes, and respond appropriately.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in patient records.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and hospital policies.
Educate patients and families regarding health management, medications, and post-discharge care.

🎓 Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
2+ years experience in Med-Surgical units; Mother/Baby experience preferred.
BLS/ACLS certification required.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Experience in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare setting preferred.
