🩺 Job Description:

The Telemetry Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and medical-surgical care. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while ensuring safety, accuracy, and quality outcomes. This role involves working collaboratively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patient families to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care.

⚕️ Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assess patient condition and report critical changes to the healthcare team.
Coordinate with physicians and allied health staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and recovery plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Adhere to infection control and hospital safety policies.

🎓 Qualifications:

Current and valid RN License (State-specific).
BLS and ACLS Certification required.
Minimum 1–2 years of Med/Surg or Telemetry experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Hospital / Acute Care Setting
Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
High-acuity patient population
