ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical care team. The ICU RN is responsible for delivering advanced nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring life-support equipment, and collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Provide direct and continuous nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
Monitor vital signs, ventilators, IV lines, and medication infusions accurately.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Respond promptly to emergency and life-threatening situations using advanced critical care techniques.
Administer medications, blood products, and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
Document all patient care activities in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Participate in ongoing education, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of ICU or critical care experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, multitasking, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, compassion, and teamwork abilities.
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care setting.
12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Exposure to high-acuity cases and advanced life-support systems.
