Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Director/Manager to lead and manage our human resources department, drive strategic HR initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Design and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
Lead organizational development, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR-related matters.
Analyze HR metrics and recommend solutions to improve workforce efficiency and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
