The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating, managing, and maintaining accurate schedules for staff, clients, and resources. This role ensures smooth daily operations by optimizing time management, communication, and workflow efficiency across departments.
Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Maintain calendars using scheduling tools (Outlook, Google Calendar, etc.)
Monitor staff availability and workload distribution
Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate scheduling records and generate reports
Communicate schedule changes clearly and timely
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and scheduling software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
