Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room RN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons during operations, monitoring patients throughout procedures, and providing quality patient care in the operating room setting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist surgeons during operations by maintaining a sterile environment and handing them necessary instruments
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist with anesthesia administration
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
- Provide post-operative care and education to patients and their families
- Adhere to all hospital protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in good standing
- 2+ years of experience as an Operating Room RN
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to various locations as needed
