Licensed Master Level Clinician (Mental Health Counselor)
The Licensed Master Level Clinician provides mental health counseling services to individuals, families, and groups. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, therapy, crisis intervention, and supporting clients with emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. The clinician works collaboratively with healthcare teams to promote mental wellness and recovery.
Conduct mental health assessments and clinical evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Offer crisis intervention and emotional support
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes
Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
Educate clients and families on mental health and coping strategies
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and state regulations
Participate in case conferences and treatment reviews
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Active state license (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent)
Experience in mental health counseling or clinical practice
Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and mental health disorders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
