📋 Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselors / Behavioral Health Technicians to support individuals experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges. The role involves providing therapeutic support, monitoring patient progress, and assisting in treatment programs to promote emotional well-being and recovery.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group support under treatment plans
Assist patients with daily activities and coping strategies
Monitor and document patient behavior and progress
Support crisis intervention and de-escalation
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and care teams
Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Educate patients and families on mental health care

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Relevant certification or experience in behavioral health preferred
Knowledge of mental health and behavioral care practices
