Job Summary: The Nursing Manager/Director - House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and operations within a healthcare facility, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining adherence to all regulatory standards.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
2. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
