Job Title: Assistant Nurse Manager - CVOR/Vascular
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join our dynamic team in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) and Vascular unit. The Assistant Nurse Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist the Nurse Manager in managing staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care in the CVOR/Vascular unit
- Provide clinical leadership and support to staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Participate in budget planning and monitoring, as well as quality improvement initiatives
- Act as a mentor and educator to staff, promoting professional growth and development
Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in CVOR/Vascular nursing
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
