Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Floor Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Floor Nurse to provide direct patient care on a travel basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and the ability to adapt to new environments and patient populations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients, administering medications, and managing IV lines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and self-care practices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all medical and safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new work environments
