Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Floor Nurse
Job Summary:
As a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Floor Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to assess and treat patients, administer medication, and educate patients and their families on managing their health.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess patients’ medical conditions and create care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare methods
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to different healthcare facilities
