Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room RN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Operating Room RN to join our team. As a Travel RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare facilities across the United States, providing high-quality patient care in the operating room setting. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Preparing patients for surgery and assisting the surgical team during procedures
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and ensuring their safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educating patients and their families on postoperative care and recovery
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Adhering to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of operating room nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Willingness to travel to various healthcare facilities across the United States
