Job Summary:

6. Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality.
7. Prepare examination rooms and equipment for patient appointments.
8. Provide quality customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
9. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
10. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (CNA) certification.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Previous experience in a medical setting preferred.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
7. Basic computer skills.
8. CPR certification.
