Job Title: System Director of Integrated Facilities Management (Materials Manager)

We are seeking a strategic and experienced System Director of Integrated Facilities Management (Materials Manager) to lead and optimize the materials management and facilities operations across our healthcare system. This role is responsible for overseeing supply chain strategies, vendor management, operational efficiency, and compliance within all facilities and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the integrated facilities management program across multiple healthcare sites.
Oversee procurement, inventory, and distribution of materials, equipment, and services in alignment with organizational goals.
Develop system-wide policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and supply chain leaders to forecast demand and manage materials strategically.
Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality and value.
Implement and monitor systems for preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure adherence to Joint Commission, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements for materials and facilities operations.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team across logistics, procurement, and facility operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in healthcare materials management or integrated facilities operations.
Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a multi-site healthcare environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Lawson, SAP, Oracle) and materials management systems.
Strong negotiation, financial management, and project leadership skills.
Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency best practices is a plus.
