We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled, and self-motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide advanced nursing care, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results
Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with regulations
Provide patient education, counseling, and preventive care services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Promote a holistic approach to patient wellness and disease prevention
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification (FNP, AGNP, etc.)
Proven experience in a clinical or primary care setting preferred
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication, patient care, and interpersonal skills
