We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Floor Nursing Team. The Floor Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of treatment throughout the patient’s hospital stay. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care following physician orders and nursing protocols.

• Monitor, assess, and document patient health status and progress.

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to deliver coordinated care.

• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.

• Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and comply with hospital policies.

• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and changing patient conditions.

• Promote infection control and patient safety standards.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License (State-specific).

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).

• BLS and ACLS certification required.

• Minimum 1 year of hospital or inpatient nursing experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.

• Experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, or Step-Down units.
