We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Floor Nursing Team. The RN will provide comprehensive and high-quality care to patients admitted to the hospital, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal recovery outcomes. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical excellence, effective communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospital environment.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care based on nursing process and hospital protocols.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments accurately and safely.

• Monitor patient progress, vital signs, and report any changes promptly.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and discharge instructions.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

• Uphold infection control, safety, and ethical standards of nursing practice.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific).

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) or Associate’s Degree (ADN) in Nursing.

• BLS and ACLS Certification (required).

• Minimum 1 year of hospital or acute care experience preferred.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.

• Experience in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or Step-Down Units.
