We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Nurse Manager for the Operating Room (OR). The ideal candidate will support the Nurse Manager/Director in overseeing daily operations, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care, and promoting a collaborative team environment.

This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage staff, schedules, and resources efficiently.

📌 Responsibilities:

Assist the OR Nurse Manager in daily operations and workflow management.
Supervise and support nursing staff in the operating room.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Monitor patient safety, quality outcomes, and infection control practices.
Provide leadership in staff development, education, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams.
Participate in budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
Address patient/family concerns and promote patient-centered care.

📌 Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BSN required, MSN preferred.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Minimum 3–5 years of perioperative/operating room nursing experience, with leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-acuity environment.
