Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide patient care and support to individuals in various healthcare settings. They will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
3. Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
4. Educate patients and their families on healthcare practices and treatments
5. Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
6. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
8. Prepare patients for procedures and surgeries
9. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Current RN license in the state of practice
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures
6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
7. Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
9. Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
10. Training in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
