Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team and provide top-notch care to our patients. The LNA will work under the supervision of registered nurses and provide essential assistance with daily living activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to medical staff.
3. Assist with meals and ensure patients are receiving proper nutrition.
4. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
5. Help patients with mobility and range of motion exercises.
6. Keep accurate records of patient care activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Current LNA certification in the state of employment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work well in a team environment.
5. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
6. Ability to follow instructions and protocols accurately.
