Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on managing their health conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- CPR certification
- Ability to work as part of a team
