Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN|RN to join our healthcare team. The LPN|RN will provide medical care and support to patients under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments to patients as directed by the physician
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on medical conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification
- Basic computer skills
