Job Summary:
The RN|T-RN (Registered Nurse|Travel Registered Nurse) is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings. This includes assessing patient health, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assessing and monitoring patient health status.
2. Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
3. Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders.
4. Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and care plans.
5. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
7. Following all facility protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
3. CPR certification.
4. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
5. Strong clinical assessment skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
8. Flexibility to travel to different healthcare facilities as needed.
