Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs/RNs to provide high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting. LPNs/RNs will work under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses to administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with physicians and registered nurses to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of practice
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Basic computer skills
