Job Title: LPN|RN (Licensed Practical Nurse|Registered Nurse)
Job Summary: As an LPN|RN, you will be responsible for providing quality medical care to patients under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses. You will collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patients' needs are met and assist in developing and implementing care plans.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assessing and monitoring patients' health status
2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
3. Collecting and documenting patient data
4. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members
5. Educating patients and their families about healthcare needs
6. Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures
7. Providing wound care and dressing changes
8. Implementing and evaluating patient care plans
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Current LPN or RN licensure
2. Strong clinical skills and knowledge
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
6. Experience with electronic health records
7. CPR certification
