Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinic team. The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, performing assessments, administering medication, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain a safe and clean clinic environment
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- Previous experience in a clinic setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
- BLS certification required
