Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg RN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide care to patients experiencing a variety of medical conditions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for each patient.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess and monitor patient health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on their conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical surgical setting
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
