Job Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
2. Administering medications and treatments
3. Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals
4. Providing patient education and support
5. Maintaining accurate medical records
6. Implementing and evaluating nursing care plans
7. Ensuring patient safety and comfort

9. Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures
10. Demonstrating professionalism and empathy towards patients and their families
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid RN license in the state of practice
2. BLS and ACLS certifications
3. Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med Surg nursing
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
7. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in patient care
