Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Endoscopy, Ambulatory, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing care to patients in the Endoscopy, Ambulatory, and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) settings. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform pre-operative assessments and post-operative care for patients undergoing procedures in the Endoscopy, Ambulatory, and PACU settings
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide education to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Endoscopy, Ambulatory, or PACU nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
