Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis RN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis RN to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dialysis nursing and be committed to improving the health and wellness of patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer dialysis treatment to patients in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess their condition before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques for managing their condition
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
