Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Services Dietary Aid to assist with food preparation, serving, and ensuring the nutritional needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assist with meal preparation following dietary guidelines and portion control.
2. Serve meals to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times.
4. Clean and sanitize food preparation and dining areas.
5. Monitor food and supply inventory and assist with ordering as needed.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff and dietary team to meet the dietary needs of clients.
7. Provide excellent customer service to clients and their families.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
