Job Title: Administrative Pay Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Pay Management Specialist. This role involves managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations, and providing payroll-related support to employees.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Process payroll accurately and on time using payroll software

- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality

- Calculate and issue paychecks, bonuses, and other payments

- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll-related inquiries

- Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance

- Assist with payroll reporting and data analysis

- Collaborate with HR and finance departments on payroll-related initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and management

- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
