Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Recruiter to join our team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for administrative positions within the company. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens with potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including extending job offers and negotiating salaries
- Maintain a database of candidate information and update job postings as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the administrative field
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
