Job Title: Administrative Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative Recruiter to join our team. The Administrative Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for administrative positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top administrative talent
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen and interview candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for administrative roles
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on administrative positions
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
