Talent Acquisition Coordinator β Administrative Support
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process from candidate scheduling to onboarding coordination, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams across departments.
Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
Assist in posting jobs, tracking candidate progress, and compiling recruitment reports.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents in collaboration with HR.
Support the background check and pre-employment screening process.
Ensure timely and professional candidate communication throughout the process.
Help organize career fairs, virtual hiring events, and internal job postings.
Provide administrative support for HR and talent acquisition operations.
Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1β3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support.
Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse) preferred.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Workspace.
Hybrid or remote flexibility depending on location
