We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team and oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, clinical expertise, and operational knowledge to manage staff, ensure compliance, and drive patient-centered outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Supervise daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the nursing team to ensure compassionate and efficient care
Collaborate with physicians, department heads, and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor patient care quality, safety, and satisfaction metrics
Ensure regulatory compliance with JCAHO, CMS, OSHA, and state nursing standards
Handle incident reporting, risk management, and performance improvement initiatives
Oversee orientation, training, and ongoing education of nursing staff
Participate in budget planning, supply management, and administrative reporting
Promote evidence-based practice and clinical excellence within the unit
Active RN license in the practicing state (required)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Masterβs in Nursing or Healthcare Admin preferred
3β5+ years of nursing experience, including at least 1β2 years in a leadership role
Proven ability to manage staff, resolve conflicts, and improve processes
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Certification in Nursing Leadership (e.g., NE-BC, NEA-BC)
Experience in acute care, med-surg, ICU, or specialized unit management
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
