We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Educator to join our healthcare team. As an RN Educator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nurses and clinical staff. You will also support new hire orientation, continuing education, and evidence-based practice initiatives.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver classroom and bedside clinical education
Develop and revise training materials based on current evidence-based practices
Provide orientation programs for new nursing staff
Assess learning needs and evaluate outcomes of training
Support nurses in achieving clinical competencies
Promote professional development through workshops, simulations, and in-services
Collaborate with nursing leadership and HR in planning training strategies

✅ Qualifications:

Valid and active RN license
BSN required; MSN or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
Prior experience in education or staff development preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Knowledge of adult learning principles and teaching methodologies

✅ Work Environment:

Hospital or healthcare system
