Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled #MedicalLaboratoryTechnician (#MLT) to perform routine and specialized laboratory tests that are critical to patient diagnosis and treatment. The ideal candidate will work accurately and efficiently in a #ClinicalLaboratory setting, ensuring timely delivery of reliable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and urinalysis.

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Follow #QualityControl and #QualityAssurance procedures.

• Collect, prepare, and process patient samples in compliance with #LabSafety standards.

• Collaborate with #Pathologists and healthcare teams to provide accurate results.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all tests performed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field.

• Certification as #MLT or #CLT (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent).

• Strong knowledge of #LaboratoryProcedures, #ClinicalTesting, and equipment operation.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in #HospitalLaboratory or #DiagnosticLab environment.

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and test result discrepancies.

• Commitment to maintaining #HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
