Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and provide leadership to the nursing team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. This role involves supervising staff nurses, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting continuous improvement in patient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily nursing operations and staff assignments.
Mentor, train, and support nursing staff to enhance skills and patient care.
Monitor patient care quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and administrative teams.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Address patient concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to healthcare policies.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
