Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of laboratory tests to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases while ensuring accuracy, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking.
Analyze specimens such as blood, urine, and body fluids with precision.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Record, interpret, and validate test results; report findings to physicians.
Follow established laboratory safety and quality control protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare providers for timely and accurate patient care.
Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards.
Train and guide new staff or laboratory interns as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field (for MT) OR Associate degree / MLT certification (for MLT).
Certification: ASCP, AMT, or equivalent (preferred/required depending on role).
Experience: 0–2 years for entry-level; 2–4 years for experienced candidates.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Hospital laboratory, diagnostic lab, or clinical laboratory setting.
May include rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call duties.
