Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Telemetry
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) / Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor vital signs, manage medications, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Deliver direct patient care on Med Surg / Telemetry units.
Monitor patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies.
Maintain patient safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS (required/preferred).
Experience: 1–2 years in Med Surg or Telemetry nursing (preferred).
Skills: Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication, and patient-care skills.
Acute care hospital, medical-surgical unit, or telemetry unit.
Shift-based schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays as required).
