Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. The RN will provide specialized care for critically ill newborns, support their families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for infants.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill neonates in the NICU.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage IV therapy for newborns.
Perform assessments, document care plans, and maintain accurate patient records.
Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate and support families regarding infant care, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when required.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of NICU experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
