Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The RN will provide specialized care to critically ill patients, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, and administer medications, including IV therapy.
Assess patient condition and implement individualized care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals for patient management.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, procedures, and care plans.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years ICU experience preferred.
Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
