We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ER Nurse will provide rapid assessment, intervention, and patient care in emergency situations, ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Provide immediate and effective nursing care to patients with acute and life-threatening conditions.
Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on severity.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams.
Monitor patient progress and update records accurately.
Support families during critical care situations with compassion and professionalism.
Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific).
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (TNCC preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of ER, ICU, or critical care experience preferred.
