We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to provide direct and specialized nursing care to critically ill patients. The ICU RN will monitor, assess, and manage complex medical conditions while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill and post-operative patients.
Monitor vital signs, hemodynamics, and advanced life-support equipment.
Administer medications, infusions, ventilator support, and emergency interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and allied health professionals.
Educate and support patients’ families regarding care plans and recovery processes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records.
Adhere to ICU protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific).
BLS and ACLS certifications required (CCRN preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of ICU, ER, or critical care experience preferred.
Proficiency in critical care procedures, including ventilator management and IV therapy.
Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
