We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Electrophysiology (EP) Lab team. The EP Lab RN will assist in the care of patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac electrophysiology procedures, ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care throughout the perioperative process.
Provide direct patient care before, during, and after EP procedures.
Assist physicians during complex procedures such as ablations, device implants (pacemakers/ICDs), and electrophysiology studies.
Administer and monitor conscious sedation, medications, and IV therapies.
Perform patient assessments, monitor hemodynamic status, and respond to emergencies.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedural details.
Collaborate with cardiologists, technologists, and the interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific).
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Minimum 1–2 years of critical care, cath lab, or electrophysiology experience preferred.
Strong cardiac monitoring, hemodynamic interpretation, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
