Title:Coordinator/Operating Room Registered Nurse in Robbinsdale, Minnesota We are seeking an experienced RN to join our team as an Evening Shift Coordinator/Operating Room RN at our facility in Robbinsdale, MN. As a Shift Coordinator, you will work closely with the nursing staff to ensure the smooth operation of the Operating Room during the evening shift. You will also be responsible for coordinating patient care and assisting with surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care during the evening shift in the Operating Room Assist with surgical procedures as needed Serve as a resource and leader for the nursing staff on the evening shift Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of Minnesota Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Operating Room setting Previous leadership experience preferred BLS and ACLS certification Strong communication and organizational skills If you are a skilled RN looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
