🏥 Job Title: Supervisor – Patient Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Patient Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will coordinate patient flow, manage staff performance, and maintain exceptional service standards across all patient touchpoints. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support patient services staff, including receptionists, coordinators, and care representatives.

  • Oversee patient admission, registration, discharge, and scheduling processes.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, privacy standards, and healthcare regulations.

  • Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members for continuous performance improvement.

  • Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative teams to optimize workflow and patient experience.

  • Analyze patient service metrics and prepare reports for leadership review.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach to all patient interactions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in patient services or healthcare supervision.

  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and healthcare operations.


Work Environment:

  • Hospital, clinic, or healthcare system setting.

  • Full-time position with potential weekend or evening coverage.

  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on patient satisfaction.
