Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis, Outpatient

📋 Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Outpatient Dialysis team. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment in an outpatient setting. You will work collaboratively with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

🩹 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and monitor hemodialysis treatments in accordance with established clinical standards.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout the dialysis process.

• Administer prescribed medications and manage dialysis access sites.

• Provide patient and family education on kidney disease management and home care.

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote quality improvement.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

• Minimum 1 year of dialysis experience preferred (outpatient or inpatient).

• Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.

• Compassionate, patient-centered, and team-oriented.

• Full-time / Part-time / Per diem

• Day or evening shifts available
